Becoming is slow (and that's fine)

We admire the finished version of people. God seems more interested in the forming.

Scroll long enough and everyone looks finished. They have arrived, they have the title, the platform, the calm.

But nothing that lasts is made quickly. Trees, friendships, faith. All of them grow in seasons you can't rush and rarely notice while they are happening.

You are allowed to be in progress.

If you are in a slow season, that doesn't mean you are behind. It may simply mean something deep is being built.
