Physical products

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital resources

Because digital resources are delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds once a download link has been sent, except where the file is faulty or clearly not as described.

Events

If you can no longer attend an event you've registered for, contact us as early as possible. We'll do our best to transfer your place or offer a credit toward a future experience.
